When booking online or via phone with Secure Detailing, it is essential to thoroughly review and accept the booking's terms and conditions before confirming the appointment. Once an appointment has been scheduled, you are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Prices and wash package contents may be subject to change by Secure Detailing at their discretion and at any time; any modifications will be updated on www.securedetailing.com.
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Secure Detailing accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments. In the event of any card decline, Secure Detailing will kindly request the customer to find an alternative payment solution for the provided service. If the customer's credit card is refused, Secure Detailing will initiate a collection process 48 hours after the declined transaction.
Customers should ensure that all personal belongings, money, and other significant items are removed from their vehicle before any type of detailing takes place. Secure Detailing will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced and any belongings inside it, or to the service location. It is important to ensure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area, and if you have any concerns, please communicate them with your car detailing specialist.Please note that all vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. In the event of any damage claims arising from the cleaning, the liability will be limited to the cost of the service.For securing bookings, we may request debit or credit card details. These card details will be processed by housecallpro.com. We also reserve the right to make adjustments to the booking schedule based on staffing levels, weather conditions, or machinery/equipment failure.Secure Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportion thereof) for any work that falls outside the original booking boundaries, at the discretion of Secure Detailing. Additionally, please be aware that a minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel any appointment with Secure Detailing up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Nevertheless, within the 48-hour window, a $40 fee will be charged to compensate our technician. This policy is applicable to all retail-priced car details.
If there is credible and evident reason to believe that the service technician did not meet the package requirements or if there is clear evidence of substandard craftsmanship, Secure Detailing will take full responsibility and redo the unfinished or unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost. To initiate a claim, customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion through phone (971-404-4133), email (support@securedetailing.com), or text message (503-730-0014). Pictures of the affected area must be sent via text or email to (support@securedetailing.com) within 24 hours of making the claim.
Due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, our technicians at Secure Detailing may arrive slightly delayed. We kindly request that you allow a flexible 30-90 minute arrival window for appointments booked online or by phone. At Secure Detailing, we strive to keep you informed about any potential delivery delays to the best of our ability.
Secure Detailing occasionally runs a referral program that allows you to earn credits redeemable for our services by sharing a unique referral link ("Referral Link") with your friends. Please note that combining credits and coupons is not possible.To be eligible for credits, the referred customer must be new to Secure Detailing and use your Referral Link when signing up for our services. It's essential to follow these guidelines to collect referrals:
♦ Do not self-refer using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses.
♦ Refrain from referring existing Secure Detailing customers, including those with accounts under alternate email addresses.
♦ Avoid using spam or sending unsolicited emails to unknown individuals to gather referrals. Also, do not violate any applicable laws, rules, regulations, or third-party terms of use.
♦ Do not post on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online platforms for referrals.
♦ Ensure that no one else uses your account to refer customers.
♦ Never refer fake individuals or impersonate others while providing information to Secure Detailing.
♦ Use the Referral Link in a respectful manner without disparaging or portraying Secure Detailing negatively.
♦ Comply with any additional restrictions we impose on participants in our referral program at our discretion, with prior notice.
If Secure Detailing finds any violations of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel or rescind any earned credits and determine the ineligibility of both the referred and referring customers for this or future offers. Referring customers may also face civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable laws. Additionally, Secure Detailing retains the right to void, verify, or adjust credits at any time before or after posting and redemption.
